The Olympus 18mm f3.5 Zuiko MC Auto-W is a compact, super wide angle prime lens for the Olympus OM system of 35mm SLR cameras. It is the widest angle, non-fisheye lens in Olympus' arsenal of OM-mount lenses. It has an exceptionally wide 100° field of view. It is a rectilinear lens, meaning straight lines do not curve or bow. This makes the Olympus 18mm f3.5 an ideal lens for indoor or architectural work. It has a close focusing distance of only 0.25 meters and is optically corrected to maintain prime image quality even at those closer distances.
